Upstairs at Recess is a real restaurant. The bistro serves breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner, with a full bar and a menu built from scratch by our executive chef.
Kids are optional but welcomed. Come for date night, brunch with friends, a working lunch, or an easy weeknight family dinner. No play admission required, ever. Find us on the second floor at 1500 Waugh, right in the neighborhood.
Walk-ins are always welcome. Dining reservations are encouraged — especially on weekends — and they're completely separate from play reservations. Booking a table doesn't hold a play spot, and vice versa.
